Welcome to another edition of our JAMFIT Fitness Magazine. In this issue we focus on Personal Training and the importance of finding the right Trainer for you. We also have helpful ideas for those of you who want to start a personal weight training program.
We want to thank Paula Surgeon, a Personal Trainer at Spartan Health club, who graces the cover of this issue. Read all about her and her views about weight training. We are pleased to add a new feature to our magazine, “Sex Files”. It has all the facts you need to know about staying fit in and out of the bedroom. It definitely has us excited!
We continue to follow Glynis as she writes about her plight to lose 100lbs and speaking of losing pounds, in this issue we feature our first success story. We won't give it away, but let's just say it is someone that you all know and will be surprised to read about.
