 Welcome
to the 3rd edition of our JAMFIT Fitness Magazine. We
are very proud of this years edition with its exciting articles
we know you will enjoy reading such as “99
ways to keep your man fit and healthy”, “How
to boost your sex appeal” and of course our feature article
“Life
begins at 40”.
In this article we feature our one and only Trevor Myers, JAMFIT's
male TV personality. Read how he struts his stuff and maintains
his great physique even after he has past that 40th year milestone.
The JAMFIT Fitness Magazine also features our 6th
Annual Fitness Expo that will be held at our new venue
this year, The National Indoor Sports Complex on Saturday
July 24 and Sunday July 25. It is a must see event!
We have top qualified Fitness Instructors demonstrating
new and exciting exercises for everyone. Our sponsors will
be highlighting their products through booth exhibits and
sponsors spotlight. We will have our Annual Aerobic Marathon
and our exciting 2nd Annual National
High School Cheerleading Competition where 16 teams will
compete in the finals for a chance to win $100,000.00!
