Dear Editor:

I loved the new Jamfit Magazine. I especially loved 99 ways to keep your man fit and healthy in the August issue. I could easily incorporate all of the 99 ways in my and my husband's life. He now tells me that keeping fit is not boring at all.
Keep up the good work Jamfit. I can't wait for your next issue.

Charmaine Ferguson, Kingston

Dear Editor:

I've had problems doing my abdominal exercises the proper and effective way but I followed the article in your August issue and now my lower back has gotten stronger because I do the routine three times a week.

J. Wilson, St. Kingston

Dear Editor:

I was especially interested in your article on cheerleading in schools. I must tell you how happy I am that you've targeted young and vibrant high school students. I hope this is seen as a positive step in our country and that this will help the kids with their self-esteem and confidence.
Thanks again Jamfit and keep up the good work.

V. Atkinson, Kingston

Hi JAMFIT, love the magazine, my question is: What are the advantages of a treadmill and can anyone use one. I just bought one for my home and I would like to know how to use if effectively. I would love if could put in an article on treadmills and their use in your next issue.

Joan Grant, St. Andrew

I Just wanted to say I am so proud of what you are doing with this magazine and to let you know you are reaching many people across the Island. I was so happy to see your article on Diabetes and it has really helped me. Keep up the good work JAMFIT.

Silma Edwards, Yallas

I watch "JAMFIT One to One" every morning and I am writing this letter to say thanks for coming into our homes to do the programme. I have enjoyed it thus far. Now that you have a magazine, can you tell me how to tighten my legs and eat properly?

Patricia Hanson, St. Catherine.

"I love the magazine and I want to know if you can put more information about Jamaican foods and the calorie content of foods like ackee. I also would like to know what Jamaica foods are good for you like the ones country people eat that make them stay strong, healthy and live longer.
