JAMFIT will be hosting 2 major events this year.

1. JAMFIT Caribbean Cheerleading Championships and National Finals. This is the first ever Cheerleading Competition in the Caribbean with six (6) Caribbean countries entering and Jamaica will be hosting it July 3, 2010 at the National Arena. We will have several pre-event activities leading up to this event starting with our Regional Cheerleading Championships on April 17, 2010.

2. JAMFIT "Fitness Week" Health Expo and Diabetes Forum - November 1st - 7th. 2010. This year our Fitness Expo and Health Conference will extend for an entire week as we create awareness of the importance of fitness and a healthy lifestyle. All participants will be invited to a different gym each day of the week to participate in speciality exercise classes and seminars. We will culminate the event on Saturday at Emancipation Park with a full day of exercises and booth exhibits and close the week on Sunday at the Hilton Kingston Hotel with our Grand Fitness Finale!
